Metal halide lamps require less power consumption than tungsten-halogen lamps, while allowing a smaller fixture size due to their large lumen package per watt. 

The DIS-40H UV-B is a 200V, 4000 watt metal halide lamp with 380,000Lm, 5,600K temperature, UV blocking, and a 500 hour lifespan. It measures 260mm by 75mm. This single end lamp uses G38 prongs.
