Nothing lasts forever, but here’s what we do to make our sand and shot bags last
a long, long time.
We use 1,000 denier textured nylon - the fabric of choice when tough, durable
material is needed for luggage, backpacks and military wear.
The handles are box-X stitched to make them extra strong. The seams are double
serged to make sure they never unravel, triple stitched, and then a safety strip
is sewn on the bottom edge of the bag for extra protection. If want to know what
serged means give us a call, we could talk about this stuff all day.
We use only purified, dried sand that is sealed in heavy duty plastic - Moisture
can’t get it so it won’t turn into a useless block of ice in winter.
